Artwork Description
Glasses is a picture book about a seven-year-old girl and her several pairs of glasses. Each brief scene shows a small but memorable detail. Together, these simple moments form a bigger picture of her life. The idea comes from my own childhood. Since the day I received my first pair, glasses have been part of me, shaping the way I see the world. Moving between clarity and blur made me realise that my perspective was different from other people’s, and that this difference could become a story.
